广州科学城科技人员公寓结构设计
Structural Design of Scientific and Technical Staff Apartment in Guangzhou Science City
【摘要】 高层公寓的建筑立面为上下端窄、中间宽,外形呈纺锤体,采用钢筋混凝土外框架斜柱的框架-核心筒结构体系,周边柱子上下端采用斜柱、中间段直柱连接形式,斜柱具有刚度较均匀、抗震性能较好的优点,解决建筑立面竖向不规则难点,避免了结构竖向布置不规则,并采用直线预应力筋解决竖向构件转折处楼面构件受拉问题。
【Abstract】 The shape of this high-rise is designed as a spindle which is wide in the middle and narrow at the upper and lower of the building. The frame-core tube structural system is adopted as the structural system of the building which is constituted by external reinforced concrete inclined frame column. The advantage of this structural system is that the inclined frame column can provide the excellent stiffness uniformity and seismic performance. Moreover,this structural system can also solve the difficulties of structural irregular vertical arrangement in order to satisfy the demand of architectural design. The linear pre-stressed steel is used to solve the tension problem of the floor components at the turning point of vertical structure members.
