【摘要】 新疆阿克苏市土地利用总体规划根据自然经济社会条件的要求,合理利用土地资源,保护耕地和生态用地,实现土地资源的可持续利用。运用层次分析法,从社会效益、经济效益和生态效益3个方面分11个指标对新疆阿克苏市土地利用总体规划(2010—2020年)进行效益评价。结果表明,3种规划方案中以注重经济、社会和生态因素相结合的规划方案综合效益值最高,并且大于规划基期年,是最优的规划方案。该方案可使阿克苏市的土地利用效益达到中等水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The overall land use planning in Akesu of Xinjiang makes rational use of land resources and protects arable land and ecological land according to the requirements of natural,economic and social conditions,to reach the sustainable use of land resources. AHP was used to evaluate the benefit of land use planning(from 2010 to 2020)in Akesu due to 11 indicators from three aspects as social,economic and ecological benefits. The result showed that the planning which considered the economic,social and ecological factors had the highest comprehensive benefits,and the benefits were higher than that of planned based year,so the planing was the optimal planning. The plan could make the efficiency of land use in Aksu reached a moderate level.更多还原
