【Abstract】 To improve the safety management of subway operation,an integrated safety management model is built based on integrated management theory.This model will integrate comprehensively the systematic process of subway safety management systems by way of combining management and technology,covering the total factors,the whole process and the all-around operation safety management.This model will also achieve organizational cohesion,information collaboration and resource co-ordination by using different kinds of hubandspoke network.This research indicates that the integrated safety management model could improve the coordination and integration capability of multi-system and multi-organization in metro system.更多还原
