复合腔体加固盾构隧道结构承载能力的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Ultimate Bearing Capacity of Shield Tunnel Composite Cavity Reinforcement
【摘要】 采用足尺试验的方法对复合腔体加固盾构隧道整环极限承载力的力学特性进行研究,试验模拟盾构隧道在上部堆载作用下的静力加载试验,通过分析结构整体的受力过程、破坏模式和极限承载能力等,总结出复合腔体加固方法作用下的结构力学性能及结构破坏的关键性能点。试验结果表明:复合腔体加固方法可以有效的提高盾构隧道的极限承载能力和刚度。该加固方法具有快速轻型的特点,这将是未来盾构隧道整环加固的一个全新方法。
【Abstract】 In this article,a full-scale test is carried out to study the ultimate bearing capacity of the shield tunnel reinforced by composite cavity,this test simulates the static loading test of shield tunnel under the upper heaped load.By analyzing the whole loading process,the failure mode and its ultimate bearing capacity,the mechanical properties and key performance point of the reinforced structure are summed up.The testing result shows that the composite cavity reinforcement can improve the structural strength and stiffness of the tunnel efficiently.This method can realize a rapid reinforcement with lower weight,and is considered as a new way for the reinforcement of shield tunnel.
