【摘要】 采用现场调查与回顾性调查方法,分析某发动机制造企业生产工艺流程,辨识不同工艺流程存在的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害因素关键控制点;结合现场职业病危害因素检测结果与实验室分析结果,判断作业场所职业危害状况;分析该企业目前采取的职业病危害防护措施现状,指出其中存在的缺陷与不足,同时提出较强针对性的防尘、防毒、防噪等方面的职业危害防护措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on cross-sectional and retrospective survey, we analyzed the production technology process of an engine manufacturing enterprise, in order to identify occupational health hazards generated throughout various production process, and to determine critical control point of occupational health hazards; Detection of occupational health hazards and Laboratory analysis results were included to estimate occupational health conditions in work places; we also pointed out the defectiveness and inadequate of the occupational hazards protection measure currently adopted in the factory, and provide very specific guidance on occupational hazards protection measures from many aspects such as dusts protection, poisons protection and noise protection etc.更多还原
