【摘要】 为了提高地方院校本科专业生产实习教学质量,尽管高等教育者进行了各种努力,但往往实习教学的质量很难保证。本专业的教学实习管理方面,从细处着手,重在落实。在充分调动实习者(学生)和实习教学基地(企业)的积极性的基础上,选派有经验和强烈责任感的包括校方和企业方的指导教师,强化过程管理。在本省化工校校企联盟成员紧密合作下,让实训者真正顶岗实习。达到了化工专业生产实习实践的教学目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Despite the higher educator efforts, it is often difficult to assure the production practice teaching quality in local colleges and universities. In terms of professional teaching practice management, it should be set from the finest point and focused on implementation. On the basis of mobilizing interns(students) fully and the enthusiasm of practice teaching base(enterprise), the experienced and strong sense of responsibility guidance teachers should be selected in the school and enterprise, the process management had been strengthened. In the close cooperation of the province chemical industry school members among colleges and enterprise, the true field work practice had been finished. The target of chemical engineering had been achieved in the production of specialized practice teaching.更多还原
