【摘要】 合成了重金属捕收剂主剂ME-1,并对其进行复配得到复合捕收剂系列。用捕收剂系列进行实验室配制重金属废水条件试验,并进行了郴州某公司复杂重金属废水处理研究。考察了四种重金属捕收剂在单一金属Cd离子条件下和多种重金属离子共存条件下对含Cd废水的处理效果。结果表明,在处理时间为12 min,捕收剂加入量为理论用量的1.2倍,p H为2~7时处理效果较好,处理后的废水Cd浓度能达到国家排放标准,多种金属离子共存情况下捕收剂的捕收效果依然良好。综合考虑使用条件、效率、效益等因素,最终确定ME-2为最佳重金属捕收剂。该处理方法工艺简单,费用较低,处理效果良好,可广泛用于选矿、电镀、冶炼及造纸等行业的含多种重金属的废水的处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 ME-1, a heavy metal capturing agent, was synthesized, and its composite was prepared by a series of composite collectors. Condition test of laboratory preparation of heavy metal waste water with collector series and the research on the treatment of complex heavy metal wastewater of a Chenzhou company were carried. The treatment effect of four kinds of heavy metal capturing agent under the condition of single metal ion Cd and various heavy metal ions on the treatment of Cd wastewater was investigated.
