SEBS在低光泽高耐候ASA材料中的应用及其性能研究

【摘要】 通过4种不同种类的SEBS对ASA(丙烯腈-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物)材料的消光效果进行比较,挑选出较优的种类,并考察其用量对ASA材料力学性能、光泽度和紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明:高分子量、中等苯乙烯单元含量的SEBS 6154对ASA的消光效果最优,随着SEBS用量的增加,ASA的光泽度逐渐下降,加入SEBS可以改善复合材料的加工性能,但是材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度下降较快,添加一定量的SEBS(wt%≤8%)可以提高ASA材料的缺口冲击强度,高填充比例(wt%≥8%)的SEBS可以提高ASA材料的抗紫外老化性能;SEBS填充比例为8%的ASA材料综合性能表现最优。

【Abstract】 In the work, the influence of four kinds of SEBS on the extinction effect of ASA was investigated, and the optimum type of SEBS was picked out by comparison. Then we further investigated the influence of SEBS loadings on the mechanical properties, gloss and UV aging properties of ASA. The results showed that SEBS-6154 with high molecular weight and moderate styrene unit content had the best extinction effect on ASA. And the gloss of ASA exhibited a decrease with increasing the SEBS loading. With the incorporation of SEBS into the ASA, the processing performance of composites was greatly improved, whereas the tensile strength and flexural strength of ASA present ed a significant decrease. Adding a certain amount of SEBS(wt%≤8%) would enhance notched impact strength of ASA. Moreover, a high fill proportion(wt%≥8%) of SEBS contributed to the improvement of UV aging performance. It’s worth to noting that ASA exhibited a best overall performance when the fill proportion was 8 % wt.
