聚电解质型陶瓷减水剂的制备与性能研究
The Production and Property Research of Polycarboxylic Ceramic Dispersing Agent
【摘要】 通过水溶液接枝共聚合的方法合成了羟甲基纤维素与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物即聚电解质型陶瓷减水剂。设计正交实验详细研究了单体用量、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量、及反应温度等因素对共聚物的结构和分散性能的影响,最终确定了聚电解质型减水剂最佳合成实验方案。
【Abstract】 Polyelectrolyte type ceramic water reducing agent was synthesized by the method of solution graft copolymerization with hydroxymethyl cellulose and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride. The design of orthogonal experiment studied the dosage of monomer, initiator, chain transfer agent, and reaction temperature on the structure of the copolymer and the influence of dispersion performance in detail, finally determined the optimum synthesis experiment scheme of polyelectrolyte type water reducing agent.
