超声辅助双水相技术提取黄饭花中蒙花苷的工艺研究
Study on Ultrasonic Assisted and Aqueous Two-phase Extraction Technology the Linarin of Buddleia Officinalis Maxim.
【摘要】 文章采用超声波辅助双水相提取技术对黄饭花中蒙花苷进行提取,利用正交实验法优化提取工艺,并对其含量进行测定。实验结果表明,超声波辅助双水相提取技术提取黄饭花中蒙花苷的最佳工艺为超声波功率300 W、乙醇浓度60%、超声波时间70 min和磷酸氢二钾的浓度20%,蒙花苷平均含量为6.42 mg/m L。
【Abstract】 Ultrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase extraction technology was used in the extraction of the linarin in Buddleia officinalis Maxim., orthogonal experiment method is used to optimize the extraction process, and its content is determined. The experimental results show that ultrasonic assisted aqueous two-phase extraction technology to extract the best technology of the linarin in Buddleia officinalis Maxim. For ultrasonic power 300 W, 60 % ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time 70 min and the concentration of 20 % K2HPO4, average content of the linarin was 6.42 mg/m L.
