咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的室内合成及性能评价
Imidazoline Inhibitor Indoors Synthesis and Evaluation
【摘要】 实验以油酸和多胺类化合物为主要原料合成咪唑啉中间体,并用季铵化试剂进一步合成一系列新型咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。通过红外光谱确定了该反应的可行性,并确定该反应最佳合成条件为:油酸与多胺类化合物摩尔比为1∶1.2,环化反应温度为190℃,反应时间为4 h,季铵化试剂为氯乙酸,其与咪唑啉中间体摩尔比为1.2∶1,季铵化反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4 h,性能评价表明,在矿化度为30×104 mg/L的盐水中,缓蚀剂加量为50 mg/L时,腐蚀速率可达0.0249 mm/a。
【Abstract】 The experiments synthesized with primarily imidazoline intermediates of oleic acid and polyamine compounds, and further synthesize a series of new imidazoline corrosion inhibitors with quaternary ammonium reagent. Infrared by spectroscopy to determine the feasibility of the reaction, and to determine the optimum conditions for the reaction: the mole ratio of oleic acid and the amine compound is 1:1.2, the cyclization reaction temperature was 190 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, quaternizing agent is chloroacetic acid, which imidazoline intermediate with a molar ratio of 1.2:1, quaternary ammonium reaction temperature is 60 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, performance evaluation shows in the salinity of 30×104 mg/L of saline, inhibitor dosage is 50 mg/L, the corrosion rate is 0.0249 mm/a.
