微胶囊发泡剂和复配乳化剂在脲醛改性树脂发泡中的应用
Application of Microcapsules of Foaming Agent and Compound Emulsifier in Modified Urea Formaldehyde Resin Foam
【摘要】 通过原位聚合法以尿素和甲醛为原料制备脲醛树脂壁正己烷微胶囊,同时研究了不同HLB值的乳化剂对脲醛改性树脂(UMF)泡沫性能的影响,使用微胶囊发泡剂和复配乳化剂对脲醛改性树脂(UMF)进行发泡,获得的硬质发泡体密度为30 kg/m3时,氧指数为37,导热系数为0.033 W/(m·k),抗压强度为0.25 MPa。
【Abstract】 A series of microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization with urea-formaldehyde as the shell material and hexane as the core material. And the effect on modified urea formaldehyde resin(UMF) foam performance of emulsifier with different HLB value were studied.Making foam with microcapsule foaming agent and compound emulsifier, we found that the rigid foam density is 30 kg/m3,the oxygen index is 37, the thermal conductivity is 0.032 w/(m·k), the compressive strength is 0.25 MPa.
