【摘要】 管道通径检测器是用来准确定位油气管道变形位置及变形量的重要装置。针对传统的接触式通径检测器探头易磨损、通过性能差等缺陷,提出一种基于非接触式大位移多通道电涡流检测技术的新型管道通径检测器。文中重点介绍该通径检测器的工作原理、结构及工作过程。研发的样机在DN159 mm管道中进行的拖拉试验结果表明:该检测器整体性能达到设计指标,能够在一定程度上取代接触式通径检测器。更多还原

【Abstract】 A non-contact caliper detector is an important device that can measure position location of the oil and gas pipeline deformation and deformation. Aiming at the traditional contact size detector probe defections of easy wear and poor passage capacity,a new type pipe size detector based on non-contact displacement multi-channel eddy current testing technology was put forward. The working principle,structure and working process were focused on in this paper. The test on the principled sample machine in DN159 mm pipeline proved that the detector can reach the design objective and can replace contact caliper detector to some extent.更多还原
