【摘要】 工程教育高级班、创新创业管理强化班和公共管理强化班是浙江大学竺可桢学院三个辅修形式的特色尖子班。在多年改革实践基础上,这些辅修班形成了行之有效的学生选拔模式,包括工作框架、选拔流程,以及面试对象潜力与意愿结合、面试过程中师生结合、面试标准中理论与实践结合的"三结合"特色。本文详析该选拔模式,并采用非参数检验的Kruskai-Wallis方法,部分验证其有效性,以供类似的人才选拔工作参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Advanced Honor Class of Engineering Education,Intensive Training Program of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Undergraduate of Public Administration are three top minor classes of Chu Kochen Honors College,Zhejiang University.An effective selecting mechanism for undergraduate students including framework,selecting process has been adopted.It has three principals including considering the potential and desires of the interviewees,teamwork of teachers and students and the criterial determined by both theory and practice.This paper analyzes the mechanism and then proves its effectiveness with the help of Kruskai-Wallis test.In conclusion,it is an available mechanism for similar use to adopt.更多还原
