【摘要】 高校作为创新能力建设的主力军之一,需要采取措施,实施人才战略,统筹基础研究、应用开发、成果转化、产业发展等环节,更加主动有效地服务于经济结构调整和提质增效升级。本文通过高校实施"基础研究青年人才支持计划"的实践分析,对该计划出台的背景、计划内容,支持对象以及实施的初步成效进行了梳理,探讨建立科学的激励机制,有针对性地创新选拔评价制度,营造宽松的研究氛围,支持基础研究,搭建协同创新和成果转化平台。更多还原
