【Abstract】 It is a great subject to control the safety of massive buildings in a efficient way. Based on the wide investigation,the health records information management system for public building is established in this paper. This system includes the following nine aspects: basic information,health screening,dynamic management,safety appraisal,health report,GIS management,forewarning management,statistics inquiry,system management.
