【摘要】 财政支出规模与结构对城乡收入差距具有重要影响。基于1978~2013年财政支出规模与结构的时间序列数据,分别构建了向量自回归模型(VAR)和误差修正模型(ECM)实证研究对城乡收入差距的具体影响。结果表明,财政支出规模短期不利于缩小城乡收入差距,但长期却是有利的,然而影响效果并不明显。不同类型的财政支出项目对城乡收入差距的影响不尽相同,其中科教文卫支出和社会保障支出有利于改善城乡收入差距过大的趋势,一般公共服务支出则加剧了城乡收入差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fiscal expenditure scale and structure have an important influence on the urban-rural income gap.Based on the time series data of the fiscal expenditure scale and structure from 1978 to 2013,this paper uses empirical research and constructs the vector autoregressive model(VAR)and error correction model(ECM)to specific analysis of the effect on the urban-rural income gap.The results show that the fiscal expenditure scale is not conducive to narrowing the urban-rural income gap in the short term,but it is beneficial to narrowing the urban-rural income gap in the long term,though the effect is not obvious.Different Government expenditure items has a different impact on the urban-rural income gap.The science-education-culture-health expenditure and social security expenditure can improve the situation of the urban-rural income gap,while the general public service expenditure increases the urban-rural income gap.更多还原
