【摘要】 针对一个供应商和销售商构成的供应链,在需求不确定且与努力水平具有相关性的前提下,分析了努力因素对供应链协作策略的影响,证明了基准的收益钩享契约无法实现供应链协调,并提出了基于努力成本分担的协调机制。进一步,证明当突发事件导致销售商面对的随机需求分布发生变化时,原有的协调被打破。为此,提出了供应链对突发事件的最优应对策略,建立了新的具有抗突发事件性的收益共享契约,并给出了确定最优契约参数的方法。最后通过算例验证了新契约的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the premise of one-supplier and one-retailer supply chain facing stochastic effort dependent demand,this paper analyzes the impact of effort factor on supply chain collaboration and proves the normal revenue-sharing contract can not coordinate the supply chain.Hence,it establishes a coordination mechanism with effort cost sharing to restore the coordination of supply chain.Furthermore,it proves this coordination may be broken off by an emergent event,which may cause the demand disruptions.Then the paper proposes an adjusted revenue-sharing contract which has anti-disruption ability as an optimal strategy for supply chain to respond to disruptions.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the model and the solution process.更多还原
