考虑冷却模型的燃气轮机热力循环计算模型的研究
Performance Prediction of a Three-Shaft MW-Level Gas Turbine Supported by Turbine Cooling Model
【摘要】 热力循环计算是燃气轮机性能分析和设计的重要手段。随着燃气轮机热力循环参数不断提高,热力循环计算必须要能对变工况下透平冷气需求量作出准确的估计,并考虑冷气在燃气轮机循环各环节的影响。本文基于适用于多轴燃气轮机热力循环计算模型,引入混合模型,结合气体掺混的Hartsel模型,建立了带冷却模型的热力循环计算模型。对某三轴MW级燃气轮机的变工况性能进行计算,通过与简化冷却模型的计算结果及实验数据的比较、分析,表明考虑混合模型的热力循环计算结果与实验数据具有更好的一致性。
【Abstract】 Thermodynamic cycle calculation is an important means for gas turbine performance analysis and design.With the improvement of gas turbine thermodynamic cycle parameters,it must be able to make accurate estimates of the coolant requirement for the turbine cooling at the off-design performance,and consider the coolant’s influence on the engine performance.The paper,based on the model for multi-shaft gas turbine performance calculation,establishes a prediction model for the engine performance with the introduction of hybrid cooling model and the gas mix Hartsel model.The concerned engine steady-state performance are calculated,and the better consistency of the prediction method is validated by comparison with the experimental data and the calculation results supported by simplified cooling model.
