一种输出冷功比可调的新型功冷联供系统性能研究

【摘要】 本文提出一种新型氨水功冷联供复合循环系统。该系统包括一个氨水工质动力/制冷子循环和一个吸收式制冷子循环,并通过分流和混合过程耦合而成,其主要特点是当工作参数保持不变时,只改变分流比即可使系统输出冷功比在一定范围内连续变化。新系统可采用燃气轮机、燃气内燃机或高温燃料电池的排烟等中低温余热作为该系统的驱动热源。对分流比和再沸器出口工质温度变化对系统性能的影响进行了参数分析,结果表明,通过增加分流比可提高系统的输出冷功比和系统的联供效率。

【Abstract】 A novel ammonia-water based power and cooling cogeneration system is proposed and investigated.The combined system is integrated of an ammonia-water modified Rankine subcycle and an ammonia absorption cooling with a precooler subcycle.The unique feature is that the cooling-to-power ratio can be continuously adjusted only by changing the split ratios according to the user’s different energy requirement while keeping the operating parameters unchanged.The combined system can be driven by the exhaust from the gas turbine,internal combustion engine and high temperature fuel cells(SOFCs and MCFCs).A parameter study is carried out to study the effect of the split ratios and the reboiler outlet temperature on the system performance,showing that the cooling-to-power ratio and the overall efficiency can be improved by increasing the split ratios.
