S弯进气道优化对其内流场及性能影响研究
Investigation on Effect of S-shaped Inlet Optimization to Internal Flow Characteristic and Aerodynamic Performance
【摘要】 在数值研究大量附面层吸入对某半埋入式S弯进气遭内部流场及气动性能影响的基础上,以ISIGHT软件为平台对其进行优化,并详细对比优化前后进气道内部流场结构及性能变化,结果表明:因吸入大量附面层内低能流体,进气道内出现流动分离,周向总压畸变和旋流畸变相对均匀进气工况均显著增加;优化后,旋流畸变和周向总压畸变分别下降约44.46%和4.09%,中心线趋于前后缓急相当,扩压器前段截面面积缓慢递增,而在接近出口时急速增加,气流在此区间迅速扩压;不同厚度附面层吸入工况下,优化后进气道气动性能相比优化前均有所改善,但流动分离现象始终存在。
【Abstract】 Based on the numerical simulation of the effect of large boundary ingestion on a half flush-mounted S-duct inlet internal flow field and aerodynamic performance,optimization of the diffuser was preceded with the software ISIGHT were adopted as platform.And then aerodynamic performance and internal flow Characteristic of the prototype and the optimization are compared and show that flow separation appear in the diffuser,and also the circumferential total pressure distortion and swirl distortion increase dramatically due to large boundary ingestion.After optimization,the circumferential total pressure distortion and the swirl distortion reduces about 44.46%and 4.09%separately.In addition,geometry of the optimization also changes a lot.The centerlinc tends to more modest at the entrance while rapider at the exit.The cross-section area ascends slowly at the starting segment,but increases dramatically and results in rapid static pressure increase near the exit.Moreover,aerodynamic performance all improve after optimization in three different conditions researched in this paper while flow separation always exists.
