基于分离式共节点模型的钢筋混凝土柱抗爆加固效果研究

【摘要】 为研究钢筋混凝土柱在爆炸冲击荷载作用下外覆钢板加固对柱抗冲击变形能力的提升效果,根据钢筋及混凝土材料的动态本构模型,选取合适的参数,建立了钢筋-混凝土分离式共节点的实体模型,并结合CONWEP爆炸载荷及动态松弛法,利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟钢筋混凝土构件在爆炸载荷下的响应,并对比不同厚度外覆钢板加固对柱的抗冲击变形能力的增强效应。对数值模拟结果与试验结果对比分析得出:分离式共节点模型可以充分体现钢筋混凝土柱构件在爆炸冲击作用下钢筋和混凝土材料的不同破坏特性,与试验结果符合的较好。且计算结果显示,随着外覆钢板厚度的增大,受冲击荷载的钢筋混凝土柱端转角减小,且加固钢板厚度对爆炸后柱端转角的影响减小。

【Abstract】 To compare the anti-explosion effect of reinforced concrete column bonded by steel plate,a common node separate model is built according to the dynamic constitutive model of steel and concrete by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA.Using CONWEP blast load and dynamic relaxation method,the corresponding response of reinforced concrete column bonded by steel plate with different thickness under impact loads is worked out. And the simulated results are compared with the actual blasting results.It shows that the common node separate model can describe the load failure difference between steel and concrete in the collapse process of the reinforced concrete column,and fits well with the experiment results. In addition,the simulation results show that the angle of the reinforced concrete column ends decreases with the thickness addition of the steel plate,and also the reinforce effect abates while the thickness of the steel plate increases.
