3D打印技术在现代刑事技术领域中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Field of Modern Criminal Technology
【摘要】 近年来,刑事技术工作面临着许多难题,特别是面对当前犯罪形式多样化、复杂化以及犯罪手段的智能化、专业化,传统的物证记录与提取方法的缺陷与弊端凸显,这严重阻碍了刑事技术的工作效率和物证提取的质量。随着3D热潮的迅速兴起,公安机关刑事技术人员发现3D打印以其个性化定制与数字化再现的优势使其与刑事技术可以很好结合。本文在现阶段国内外有关3D打印技术在刑事技术领域的研究背景之下,从当前刑事技术工作所存在的问题入手,通过检索近年国内外3D打印技术在刑事技术领域中应用的相关文献进行综合分析,对3D打印技术的基础原理与分类以及在刑事技术领域中的应用研究进展等多个方面进行综述,指出了当前制约3D打印技术应用于现代刑事技术领域的瓶颈,并对其今后的发展方向提出建设性意见。
【Abstract】 In recent years, criminal technology is faced with many problems, especially in the face of current diversification and complication of crime forms as well as intelligentization and specialization of criminal means. The shortcomings and disadvantages of the traditional physical evidence record and extraction methods are more obviously highlighted, which seriously hindered the criminal technology efficiency and the quality of the material evidence extraction. With the rapid rise of 3D printing, however, the criminal technology researchers in public security organs found that 3D printing with its advantage of personalization and digital representation can be perfectly combined with criminal technology. This paper will be based on the present domestic and foreign research in the field of the application of 3D printing technology in criminal technology, and start from the current existing problems in criminal technology work. Through retrieving related literature at home and abroad in recent years and conducting a comprehensive analysis, this paper summarizes the basic principle and classification of 3D printing technology, research progress in its application in the field of criminal technology, as well as other relevant aspects, while pointing out the current bottleneck and restrictions in the application of 3D printing technology in the development of modern criminal technology, and putting forward some constructive thinking on the direction of future development.
