【摘要】 GTZY-100型装药台车是针对地下矿山巷道内机械化大容量装填粉状胺油类炸药的需求而开发的一种专用设备。介绍其技术参数、系统结构、技术原理以及功能。目前该型装药台车样机已经完成并投入使用,试验表明,该型装药台车整车设计合理,系统的可靠性和各项性能指标满足矿山要求,能有效解决矿山所急需的装药设备配套问题,对于提高装药机械化,实现装药设备国产化具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Model GTZY-100 explosive Charger as a piece of special equipment was developed in view of demanding mechanically massive loading powdered fine anfo explosives in drifts under-pit.The introduction includes the platform’s tech data,system assembly,tech principles,and functions.At present,that type of platform is completed and turned to application,while tests showing that the whole platform has been designed logically and that demands have been met by the system’s reliability and indicator of functions,as well as a mating part with other pieces of equipment,thus getting a certain importance in enhancing anfo loading mechanically and in localization of such an apparatus.更多还原
