芭蕉叶挥发油的提取及其抗氧化活性研究
Extraction and Antioxidant Activity of Essential Oil from Musa Acuminate Leaf
【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了芭蕉叶挥发油,对挥发油进行了GC-MS分析,鉴定出29种成分.通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法和β-胡萝卜素漂白法,测定了芭蕉叶挥发油的抗氧化活性;当挥发油浓度为0.30mg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率达82.2%;在乳化脂质体系中,当挥发油浓度为50μg/mL时,β-胡萝卜素漂白抑制率达到92.0%.抗氧化活性研究表明:芭蕉叶挥发油具有较强的抗氧化活性.因此,芭蕉叶挥发油可以作为一种新型的天然抗氧化物质.
【Abstract】 The essential oil of Musa acuminateis extracted by hydrodistillation and twenty nine compounds in the oil are identified with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The oil is subjected to antioxidant activity screening by DPPH radical scavenging assay andβ-carotene/linoleic acid bleaching test.When the content of the oil is 0.30mg/mL,the scavenging efficiency for DPPH is 82.2%.While forβ-carotene bleaching system,its inhibitory percentage is 92.0% at the concentration of 50μg/mL.The results obtained in this study suggest that the essential oil can serve as a novel source of natural antioxidants.
