【摘要】 科技投入与经济增长是一个国家经济系统中具有密切联系的两个方面。通过分析1985-2009年湖南省农业科技人员投入和农业产出的变化趋势,基于VAR模型,采用单位根检验、协整检验、因果检验模型和脉冲响应等计量分析手段分析湖南省农业科技人员投入与农业产出的长期均衡关系与动态关系。结果表明:湖南省农业科技投入与农业产出之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,并对农业产出有非常显著的推动作用,最后提出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science and technology investment and economic growth are two closely related sides of the economic system of a country.Based on the 1985-2009 provincial data of input and output,and the VAR model,the paper uses unit root test,cointegration test,causality test model and impulse response to analyse the dynamic relationship and long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural science and technology personnel inputs and agricultural output of Hunan Province.Findings show that there is long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural science and technology personnel input and agricultural output of Hunan Province.And agricultural science and technology personnel input has a very significant role in promoting the agricultural output.Finanly corresponding recommendations concerning the policy are given.更多还原
