【Abstract】 Based on case study,comprative resarch and literature review,this paper has done research into imputation in school sports injury accident in the recent five years.This paper has done a comparison between the accidents and studied the school’s responsibility and the students’responsilility in law,so as to identify the legal responsibility of the school,teachers,parents and students,prevent the sports injury accident,and provide reference for the rule of law.更多还原
