【摘要】 为观察一次性使用弧形切割吻合器治疗直肠癌的临床疗效,回顾性总结一次性弧形切割吻合器在40例直肠癌手术治疗中的应用,分析手术方法、疗效、术后并发症情况。结果显示,40例中均应用一次性弧形切割吻合器,术后无吻合口复发癌、吻合口漏及狭窄,疗效满意。结果表明,一次性使用弧形切割吻合器设计科学合理、性能稳定,手术操作灵活简便,术后并发症少,有效地提升了低位直肠癌患者的术后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the clinical effect of disposable arc-like cut-stapler,author retrospectively analysed and summarized the application status in the operation for 40 cases of rectal carcinoma,incluled operative method,effect and postoperative complication.As results,among the 40 cases used this stapler there was no postoperative stoma recurrence carcinoma,stoma leakage and stenosis;And,their effect is satistactory.Results show that this stapler has such advantages as scientific and rational design,stable performance,manipulating simply and easily,less postoperative complication,thus just effectively lift the patient’s postopatative quality of live.更多还原
