【摘要】 为探讨小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗肛裂的临床疗效,对我院采用小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗的60例肛裂患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示,治愈57例,好转2例,无效1例,治愈率为95.0%(57/60)。无需要外科处理并发症。其创面愈合时间为3~7 d,平均(4.0±1.1)d。随访1年,复发3例(5.0%)。结果表明,小针刀侧方内括约肌闭合切断术治疗肛裂安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of small needle-knife closured relaxation for internal sphincter in the treatment of anal fissure,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 60 cases with anal fissure subjected to above procedure.As results,57 cases were cured,2 got improved,1 was of non-response,so the curative rate was up to 95.0%(57/60);no the complication needing surgical management occured;the time of woundsurface healing was 3-7 d(averaged 4.0±1.1 d);the follow-up of one year found 3 cases recurrented(accounted 5.0%).Results show that above procedure for anal fissure is safe,effective,and of minor wound,faster recovery,as well less complication.更多还原
