【摘要】 为观察超声刀弧形缝切术治疗重度环状混合痔的疗效,将68例重度环状混合痔患者随机分为两组,每组34例。试验组采用超声刀混合痔切除术加弧形缝切术治疗,对照组采用传统混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组患者术后疗效。结果显示,试验组在术中出血量、术后肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面愈合时间及术后肛门狭窄方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结果 表明,与传统外剥内扎术比较,超声刀混合痔切除术加弧形缝切术治疗重度环状混合痔具有术中出血少、术后疼痛轻、创口愈合快、术后并发症和不良反应少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic scalpel plus arc suture and incision for severe mixed circumferential hemorrhoids,68 cases were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases for each group.Trial group received ultrasonic scalpel resection for mixed hemorrhoids plus arc suture and incision,while the controls received conventional external dissection and internal ligation.Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy.The results showed that trial group was superior to control group in bleeding volume,postoperative pain,anal edema,wound healing time and anal stenosis(P <0.01,P <0.05).It is concluded that compared with conventional external dissection and internal ligation,ultrasonic scalpel resection for mixed hemorrhoids plus arc suture and incision for severe mixed circumferential hemorrhoids is of less intraoperative bleeding,light postoperative pain,rapid wound recovery,less complications and adverse reactions.更多还原
