【摘要】 为探讨腹腔镜直肠癌前切除术并发症的预防及处理,回顾性分析51例腹腔镜直肠癌前切除术的并发症发生及处理情况。结果显示,手术并发症发生率17.6%(9/51)。吻合口漏4例,尿潴留、不射精症、生殖血管损伤、吻合口狭窄、术后腹腔内大出血各1例。非计划二次手术率7.8%(4/51)。全部患者无围手术期死亡病例。结果表明,腹腔镜直肠癌前切除术具有安全、微创的优点,随着手术团队综合能力的提高,其并发症可及时预防并正确处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to discuss the prevention and treatment of the complications in laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer,a retrospective study was conducted on 51 cases of rectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic anteror resection.The results showed that the incidence rate of complications was 17.6%(9/51),4 cases developed anastomotic leakage,one case urinary retention,one ejaculation impotence,one reproductive vascular injury,one anastomotic stricture,and one postoperative massive bleeding within abdominal cavity.The rate of unplanned reoperation was 7.8%(4/51);no perioperative deaths occurred.It is concluded that laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer is safe and mini-invasive.With the improvement of integration skills of the surgical team,complications may be timely prevented and correctly managed.更多还原
