【摘要】 为通过数据挖掘技术分析名中医左进主任医师治疗痔病的临证经验,本研究将120例诊断为痔病并经左进主任医师治疗的患者相关数据录入数据库,对其证候、立法、处方、用药等进行数据挖掘分析。结果显示,120例痔病患者出现证候多为湿热下注证(68次,56.7%)、风伤肠络证(56次,46.7%)、气滞血瘀证(49次,40.8%)、脾虚气陷证(1 6次,13.3%);治疗上以清热利湿(68次),祛风清肠、凉血止血(56次),活血化瘀(49次),健脾温中、固脱止血(16次)为主要立法;处方多以加味二妙汤、槐角地榆汤、桃红四物汤、归脾汤加减;用药次数最多的依次为黄柏、苍术、地榆、仙鹤草、槐角、荆芥、栀子、当归、桃仁和红花等。结果表明,数据挖掘技术分析结果在一定程度上可客观地反映名中医左进主任医师治疗痔病的临证经验,为我们青年医师治疗痔病提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to analyze well-known TCM chief physician ZUO Jin’s clinical experience about treating hemorrhoids according to tap data methodology,authors telnet the relevant data about treating 120 cases of hemorrhoids by ZUO Jin into database,and based on tap data methodology analyzed their symptoms,treatment protocols development prescribing,and administering medicine,etc.As results,in the 120 cases their symptom’s type was follow as down-ward flow of damp-heat(68 times,56.7%),wind impaired bowel collaterals(56 times,46.7%),stagnation of qi and blood stasis(49 times,40.8%),and insufficiency of the spleen and collapse of qi(16 times,13.3%);the treatment protocols for above symptom’s typics were mainly clearing away heat and promoting diuresis(68 times),expelling winds and clearing heat from the bowel as well removing heat from the blood and arresting bleeding(56 times),promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis(49 times),invigorating the spleen and warming the middle-energizer as well as arresting protration and stop bleeding(16 times);the prescriptions for the patients were predominanted by Two Wonderful Drugs Decoction plus other ingredients,Sophora Fruit and Sanguisorba root Decoction,Decoction of Four Ingredients with Peach Kernel and Safflower,and modified Decoction for Invigorating the Spleen and Nourishing the Heart;the most integrated times of drugs were ordered as Yellow-corktree Bark,Atractylodes Rhizome,Sanguisorba Root,Herba Agrimoniae,Sophora Fruit,Schizonepeta,Fructus Gardeniae,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Semen Persicae,and Flos Carthami,etc.Results show that the analyzed results based on tap data methodology can objectively reflect the experience of physician ZUO Jin at certain degree,so that provide reference for young physician’s treating hemorrhoids disease.更多还原
