【摘要】 以非洲凤仙扦插苗为试材,采用不同浓度(0.2%和0.5%)秋水仙素溶液,在不同处理时间(48h和72h)下诱导非洲凤仙扦插苗,通过其形态观察及染色体计数进行倍性鉴定。结果表明:秋水仙素诱导非洲凤仙得到了四倍体,在0.5%浓度,48h条件下诱导效果最好。二倍体非洲凤仙染色体数目为2n=2x=16,诱导的同源四倍体染色体数目为2n=4x=32。四倍体与二倍体在形态学和细胞学上具有明显的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of colchicine concentration(0.2%,0.5%)and treatment time(48h,72h)duration on the apical meristems of the seedlings in I.walleriana has been conducted in this study,and the ploidy level was identified by morphological trait,stoma size and chromosome number.Results:Treated I.walleriana with 0.5% colchicine for 48 hlead to the highest mutation rate,a number of tetraploidy plants were obtained.The choromosome number of mutated plants was 2n=4x=32,while that of the control plants was 2n=2x=16.The tetraploid plants exibited some morphological and cytological variations.更多还原
