【摘要】 为了解贵州麒麟鸡小肠黏膜的免疫状态,揭示其与生长速度缓慢的关系,剖取10只健康成年贵州麒麟鸡小肠,采用改良甲苯胺蓝染色对其肥大细胞的形态、分布及数量变化进行观察分析。结果表明:贵州麒麟鸡小肠各段均有肥大细胞分布,其主要分布于黏膜固有层和黏膜下层,少量分布于黏膜下结缔组织中,多为圆形、卵圆形或长梭形;十二指肠中肥大细胞为(11.63±2.67)个/mm2,空肠为(37.88±8.17)个/mm2,回肠为(8.75±1.98)个/mm2,十二指肠、回肠与空肠中肥大细胞数量差异均极显著(P<0.01),十二指肠与回肠间差异不显著(P>0.05)。贵州麒麟鸡的生长速度相对缓慢,可能与其十二指肠段的肥大细胞数量少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the immune status of Guizhou Kirin chicken small intestine mucosa,revealing its relationship with the slow yrowth speed,the authorship dissected 10 healthy adult Guizhou Kirin chicken small intestine,by using MTB staining,the morphology,distribution and quantity changes of the MC were observed and analyzed.Results:Guizhou Kirin chicken small intestine has the mast cell distribution,mainly distributed in mucosa lamina propria and submucosa,a small amount of distribution in submucous connective tissue,mostly round,long ovoid or fusiform;Mast cells in the duodenum is(11.63±2.67)individuals/mm2,the jejunum is(37.88±8.17)individuals/mm2,the ileum is(8.75±1.98)individuals/mm2,Duodenum,ileum and jejunum difference in the number of mast cells was significant(P<0.01),the difference between the duodenum and ileum was not significant(P>0.05).The growing speed is relatively slow,which may be relevant to less mast cells in duodenum.更多还原
