行走和慢跑状态下护膝的防护效果

【摘要】 为探究在行走和慢跑状态下佩戴2种护膝对于膝关节角和单步周期的影响情况,测试者分别佩戴2种护膝,在模拟人体行走和慢跑的基础上,运用三维运动测量系统获取人体下肢不同步态的三维空间坐标数据,使用空间向量夹角计算方法计算不同运动形势下的膝关节角度,运用单因素方差分析法(p<0.05)分析护膝对膝关节角与单步周期的影响情况。测试结果发现,在2种运动状态下2号护膝对膝关节的活动有明显的限制作用,而1号护膝仅在行走的时候对膝关节的活动有明显的限制作用。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of wearing different kneepads on the angle of knee joint and the single cycle in the states of walking and jogging,subjects were allowed to wear the two kneepads which are widely used in the daily life,respectively,the three-dimensional coordinate data about lower limb were acquired on the basis of simulating human walking and jogging through the three-dimensional capture system. Then the angle of the knee was calculated by using space vector angle calculation method,and one-way ANOVA model method( p < 0. 05) was adopted to analyze the protective effect on the knee joint of the two different knee pads in various forms of exercise. The results show that the No. 2 kneepad has obvious restricting effects on the motion of the knee joint during walking and jogging,but the No. 1kneepad has obvious restricting effects only during walking
