阔叶十大功劳逆转K562/ADM耐药活性研究
Study on the reversal effect of mahonia bealei(fort.)carr on K562/ADM multidrug resistance
【摘要】 采用MTT法运用阔叶十大功劳逆转白血病细胞株K562/ADM对阿霉素(ADM)耐药活性进行评价,考察了阔叶十大功劳不同萃取分离部位对ADM的增敏活性.活性数据显示阔叶十大功劳的各提取部位均对K562/ADM细胞具有不同程度的增敏ADM活性.其中样品Ⅴ增敏活性最高,而样品Ⅴ中主要成分为生物碱类物质,这说明阔叶十大功劳中生物碱类成分具有逆转肿瘤细胞耐药活性.然而样品Ⅰ-Ⅴ逆转肿瘤细胞耐药活性差别不显著,这说明阔叶十大功劳中生物碱类成分含量丰富,在各个提取部位均大量存在,更适合全草入药,在逆转肿瘤细胞耐药方面具有非常好的潜在应用价值.
【Abstract】 The reversal effect of mahonia bealei(fort.)carr on K562/ADM resistance to doxorubicin(ADM)was evaluated using MTT method.The different extraction parts of mahonia bealei(fort.)carr were examined,and each extraction part of mahonia bealei(fort.)carris effective on K562/ADM cells drug resistance.sampleⅤis the most effective one and the main components of SampleⅤare alkaloids,which displays mahonia bealei(fort.)carr alkaloids have reverse activity to tumor cells drug resistance.However,the sampleⅠ-Ⅴ showed similar reverse activity,which indicate that mahonia bealei(fort.)carris rich in alkaloids,and alkaloids are abundant in various extractions.Thus,it is more suitable to the whole plant medicine.Mahonia bealei(fort.)carr has high potential value in the reverse to tumor cell drug resistance.
