【摘要】 本文介绍了欧盟、美国对纺织品中有害物质限量的规定,分析了这些限量规定的发展趋势,认为一是已有的有害物质限量值不断降低,新增受限物质不断增加;二是欧美关于有害物质的限量规定正在相互影响,相互渗透。基于这些分析,本文提出了要重点加强对纺织全产业链中有害物质的识别等应对措施,对增强我国纺织行业的国际竞争力,促进我国纺织行业的发展具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Current European and American restrictions on harmful substances in textiles are introduced in this paper and the developing trend of these restrictions is analyzed. On one hand, the existing limit values of harmful substances are being reduced, newly restricted harmful substance are being added continuously. On the other hand, restrictions of EU and US on harmful substances are affecting and permeating each other. Based on these analyses, countermeasures for coping with these restrictions, such as strengthen the identification of the harmful substances in the whole textile supply, are proposed, which are significant for promoting the development and improving the international competiveness of the Chinese textile industry.更多还原
