小麦K-CMS保持系品种遗传多样性的系统聚类分析
Genetic diversity detected by cluster analysis of the maintainer Line for K-type cytoplasmic male sterility( CMS) in wheat
【摘要】 采用系统聚类分析法对22个小麦K-CMS保持系品种的遗传多样性进行了研究。以2年田间试验得到的品种株高、穗长、小穗数、穗下节长、穗粒草重、穗粒数、穗粒重、旗叶长等农艺性状为依据,计算22个品种间遗传距离,采用类平均分析法对供试材料进行聚类分析。结果表明:供试的21个品种共划分为5个类群,Ⅰ类为金源6号,秦豫麦1号,宝亮1号,财源1号,光泰68,粮源26;Ⅱ类为郑大121,金科1号,南04-59,华育129;Ⅲ类为驻麦168,科林7371,宇丰1号,红满天1号;Ⅳ类为凭心2号,河科大527,鑫麦68,科森05-1;Ⅴ类为洛麦30,珍麦1号,百农419,建华0165。划分结果与系谱分析基本一致,并把系谱来源不清的品种划分到相应的杂种优势群。小麦K-CMS保持系品种形态学形状检测是研究保持系品种间遗传差异的一种方法,可为小麦"三系"选育提供初步的理论依据。
【Abstract】 The present study was carried out with the objective to investigate the genetic diversity of the 22 the maintainer line for K-type cytoplasmic male sterility( CMS) in wheat by cluster analysis. Genetic distance based on the agronomic characters of plant height,panicle length,per panicle,panicle next section length,ear kernel weight,per panicle grains,per panicle grains weight and flag leaf length was calculated and clustered using the unweighted pair-group method Arithmetic Averages( UPGMA).The results showed that 22 cultivars could be classified into six groups. Group I consists of jinyuan 6,qinyumai 1,baoliang 1,caiyuan 1,guangtai 68,liangyuan 26; Group Ⅱ consists of zhengda 121,jinke 1,nan 04-59,huayu 129; Group Ⅲ consists of zhumai 168,kelin 7371,yufeng 1,hongmantian 1; Group Ⅳ consists of pingxin 2,hekeda 527,xinmai 68,kesen 05-1; Group Ⅴconsists of luomai 30,zhenmai 1,bainong 419,jianhua 0165. The results were consistent with the grouping based on the available pedigree data. Moreover,cultivars with unkonwn pedigree were assigned to the established heterotic groups. The phenotypes of the maintainer line for K-CMS in wheat can be applied in classifing cultivars. The study initially provides useful information for the selection of parents in the development of wheat cultivars and " three lines" as well.
