基于反射式传感器的水质高锰酸盐指数检测研究
A reflective sensor for detecting permanganate index of water
【摘要】 为了快速准确地检测地表水、生活用水的高锰酸盐指数,设计了一种基于反射式传感器的水质高锰酸盐指数检测系统,通过该系统采集高锰酸盐指数标准液吸光度数据,经滤波和零值校正处理后,建立了高锰酸盐指数与光谱吸光度的参量反演模型。经实际水样测试实验结果表明,所构建的系统与国家标准测量法测量高锰酸盐指数的示值误差小于2%,该系统能较好的适用于水质高锰酸盐指数检测,为水质检测网络的构建提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 In order to detect permanganate index of the surface water and living water quickly and accurately,a system based on a reflective sensor for detecting permanganate index of water was built.The absorbance data of a plurality of permanganate index of standard solution were measured based on this system.After filtering and zero correction,the parameter inversion model between permanganate index value and absorbance spectrum was established.Compared with the national standard method,the indicating error of permanganate index value detected by the built system is less than 2%.Therefore,the system can use for the detection of water quality permanganate index,and provide references for the construction of water quality detection network.
