矿井通风巷道风流分布“关键环”数值与实验研究
Numerical and experimental research on “key ring” distribution of ventilation in mine tunnels
【摘要】 为研究矿井巷道截面上平均风速点的分布规律,基于3D数值模型,对三心拱截面巷道内风流的流动分布规律进行数值分析,同时建立同尺寸巷道的小型通风实验系统对模拟结果进行对比验证;分析了巷道内紊流充分发展截面上平均风速点的分布规律.研究结果表明:风流分布规律的数值结果与实验结果符合良好,数值分析具有较高的准确性;发现三心拱截面上平均风速点呈现环状分布,并提出"关键环"概念;明确了"关键环"分布的关键影响因素,其仅与巷道截面特征有关,而与通风风速无关;得到"关键环"拱形部分的特征方程.
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the average velocity distribution in mine tunnels, based on the 3D model, the air flow in three hearts arch-section tunnel was investigated and the average velocity distribution on the fully developed turbulent flow section was studied further. In addition, a small-scale ventilation system was developed to verify the simulation results. The results showed that the simulation results were in accordance with the experimental results and the numerical analysis method was accurate. The average velocity points show a circular distribution in three hearts arch-section and the concept of "key ring" was proposed. Furthermore, the critical factors influencing the "key ring" were defined. The "key ring" distribution was only decided by the cross section feature and had no relation with the ventilation velocity and the characteristic equations were then developed to describe the arcuate portion of the "key ring".
