【摘要】 为研究随机到达的顾客对排对模型的影响,采取随机变量的方法研究到达的顾客是以模糊概率kα进入M/M/1/∞排队系统可变率模型.利用结构元方法表示这种不确定的模糊概率kα,得到系统平稳分布,平均输入率,系统的平均服务强度,平均等待队长,系统的平均队长,系统的损失概率,单位时间内平均损失的顾客数等相关指标.通过实例表明,用结构元表示随机可变输入是可行.研究结论初步突破了对传统的固定参数排队模型的认识。推广了经典可变输入率模型,同时用结构元方法表示不确定性使计算更容易.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the random arrival of customers influence on rows of the model,taking the method of random variable to customers into the variable rate mode of fuzzy probabilityα kgetting into M/M/1/∞ queuing system.Using the fuzzy probability α kof structure element method represents this kind of uncertain,and this paper obtains system stationary distribution,the average input rate,the average intensity of service in the system,average waiting for captain,captain on average in the system,system of loss probability,average loss per unit time the number of customers and related indicators.Through examples show that using random variable input is feasible structure yuan said.Research conclusion preliminary broke through the understanding of the traditional fixed parameter line model.This study promotes the classical variable input rate model.At the same time said the uncertainty with the structure element method makes it easier to calculate.更多还原
