模式翻转与给撤图像视觉诱发电位的比较研究

【摘要】 目的观察、分析模式翻转视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)和模式给撤视觉诱发电位(POVEP)的特征,探讨两种模式VEP的相关性及其法医学应用价值。方法给予受试者4种不同空间频率全视野模式翻转和给撤黑白棋盘格图像刺激,分别记录PRVEP和POVEP,对其特征进行分析、比较。结果在相同刺激条件下,P100和C1的潜伏期及波幅在统计学上存在显著性差异,但具有一定的正相关关系;在本实验条件下47’视角的棋盘格刺激时,2种PVEP的波形最稳定;P100和C1波幅的变异系数较为接近,其余3种空间频率刺激时,P100波幅的变异系数均明显小于C1波幅的变异系数。结论在相同刺激条件下,PRVEP的稳定性优于POVEP。在法医学鉴定中应用两种不同刺激模式可以更全面客观地评价被鉴定人视功能状况。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the correlation and characteristics of pattern-reversal and pattern onset / offset visual evoked potentials,discuss the application value of the two models of VEP in forensic medicine. Methods Full-filed pattern reversal and onset / offset stimulations of black and white checks with four kinds of special frequencies were applied to the experimental subjects. PRVEP and POVEP were recorded and analyzed. Results Under this experimental condition,the wave forms recorded under 47’special frequencies stimulation was the most stable. Under the same stimulating condition,the peak latencies and amplitudes of P100 and C1 had a significant difference. There was a positive correlation between them at the same time. The coefficient of variations of P100 and C1’s amplitudes were similar with each other which are recorded under 47’ special frequency stimulation. But the coefficient of variations of C1’s amplitudes were greater than P100’s which are recorded under 47’ special frequency stimulation. Conclusion Under the same stimulating condition,the stability of PRVEP is better than POVEP. The two kinds of stimulus modality can be used to assess visual function overall in identification of forensic clinical medicine.
