【摘要】 目的构建并实施"以奥马哈系统为理论指导的糖尿病专科门诊规范化管理—糖尿病患者病情管理-院后自我管理"的早期T2DM患者全程化护理管理模式,探讨其对早期T2DM患者血糖、生活质量及知识水平的影响。方法选取早期T2DM患者80例,使用单双号法分组。实验组在接受常规门诊护理的同时,实施全程化护理管理模式进行管理;对照组进行常规门诊护理。观察两组干预前及干预后6个月的血糖、生存质量及知识水平的变化。结果干预进行后6个月,实验组在血糖、生存质量、知识水平三方面的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论奥马哈分类系统在评估中的应用,能够促进临床护理的评估和整体护理的实施,对慢性病患者的护理工作具有临床指导意义;采用全程化护理管理模式对患者进行管理,能够改善患者的血糖水平,提高患者生存质量及知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct and practice the whole course nursing management mode of "Standardized management of diabetes specialist clinic-disease management for patients with diabetes-post hospital self management theoretically guided by Omaha system"for patients with type 2Diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to study it’s effect on blood glucose,knowledge level and quality of life for them.Method 80 patients with T2 DM was selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by double and single number method.Patients in observation group was given routine clinical nursing and managed by the whole course nursing management mode.Patients in control group was given routine clinic nursing only.The blood glucose,knowledge level ans quality of life was measured and compared between the two groups six month before and after intervention.Result After six months of intervention,the improvement of blood glucose,knowledge level and quality of life for patients in observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of Omaha system can promote clinical nursing assessment and the implement of holistic nursing.It’s important clinical guidance for nursing of chronic disease patients.The blood glucose,knowledge level and quality of life of patients with T2 DM can be promoted by applying the whole course nursing management mode.更多还原
