快速制作大中型水库洪水风险图方法研究

【摘要】 针对大中型水库洪水风险图制作速度慢的情况,运用水文学与水力学相结合的方法,使用MIKE11软件推算河道洪水水面线,利用谷地地理信息系统(Goody GIS)软件提取地面高程数据,最后在Arc GIS中结合水面线与DEM高程数据快速绘制洪水风险图,并利用水力学法对该方法效果进行评价。以大连市卧龙水库为例,快速绘制水库各频率洪水风险图,该方法制作速度快、精度也能很好的满足防洪减灾的目的,为管理者快速制定决策,为灾民迅速转移提供技术依据。

【Abstract】 Regarding to the slow mapping of flood inundated areas for large and medium reservoirs,the method combining hydrology and hydraulics means was developed. Firstly,the water surface line was calculated by adopting MIKE11. Secondly,Goody GIS was utilized to extract ground elevation data,and then the flood inundated areas were quickly mapped in Arc GIS combining the data of the water line and elevation obtained from the 2 softwares mentioned above. Finally,the calculation results were checked by hydraulic method. This new method was verified by the mapping of Dalian Wolong Reservoir,in which the flood inundated areas of different frequency were developed. This method possesses the merits of high speed and precision which would meet the requirement of flood control and disaster mitigation. And it will provide the scientific basis for the authorities to make decisions quickly and for the people who live in the flood inundated areas to relocate rapidly.
