【摘要】 目的研究不明原因复发性自然流产患者外周血与蜕膜NK细胞数量和活性。方法选择不明原因复发性自然流产患者作为研究组(RSA组),人工流产中止早期妊娠妇女为对照组,分别检测外周血和蜕膜NK细胞数量和活性。结果非孕期,RSA组外周血NK细胞数量和活性均高于对照组(P<0.05);RSA组非染色体因素再次自然流产妇女,外周血NK细胞数量和活性也高于成功妊娠组(P<0.05);RSA组非染色体因素再次自然流产妇女,蜕膜NK细胞数量和活性则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外周血NK细胞数量和活性可作为RSA免疫治疗监测的指标,外周血NK细胞和蜕膜NK细胞可能在RSA中发挥了不同的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the valure of maternal peripheral and decidual natural killer(NK)cells in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods Maternal peripheral blood and decidua were taken from 60 RSA patients and 30 normal early pregnancies.The NK cells were evaluated by flow cytometry using monoclonal antibodies for CD56,CD16 and CD3.Results The percentage and cytotoxicity of CD56+CD16-NK cells in peripheral blood in RSA was higher than that in normal pregnancies(P<0.05).The percentage and cytotoxicity of CD56+CD16-NK cells in decidua was lower than in normal pregnancies(P<0.05).Conclusion The percentages and cytotoxicity of CD56+CD16-NK cells in peripheral blood may be a factor involved in RSA.更多还原
