聚合工艺条件对PNVFSM乳胶粒度的影响
Influence of Polymerization Process Condition on PNVFSM Latex Particle Size
【摘要】 通过无皂乳液聚合法合成了N-乙烯基甲酰胺-苯乙烯共聚物(PNVFSM),并对其进行了FTIR和粒度表征.探讨了引发剂用量、单体总质量分数、单体配比、反应温度、搅拌速度对PNVFSM乳胶粒度的影响.研究表明:单体总质量分数增加使得乳胶粒度变大;升高温度、加快搅拌速度和适当增加引发剂用量都会使乳胶粒度减小.样品的红外表征说明单体NVF和SM都参与了聚合反应.纳米激光粒度仪测试乳胶粒度的相对偏差在0.68%以下.
【Abstract】 The N-vinylformamide-styrene copolymer( PNVFSM) was synthesized by soap-free latex copolymerization and characterized by FTIR and laser particle size analyzer.The influence of polymerization conditions( such as dosage of initiator,monomer ratio,total monomer mass fraction,reaction temperature,stirring speed) on particle size of PNVFSM latex was investigated.The latex particle size increases with the increase of total monomer mass fraction.The latex particle size decreases when appropriately increasing the reaction temperature,stirring speed and the dosage of initiator.The FTIR characterization results showed that the N-vinylformamide and styrene were both copolymerized in the polymerization.The relative deviation of testing latex particle size by the nano laser particle size analyzer is normally below 0.68%.
