铁还原菌RBFL3胞外聚合物还原高岭土中铁研究

【摘要】 通过测定高岭土培养液中Fe2+离子浓度,探讨铁还原菌胞外聚合物在还原高岭土中Fe3+(Fe2O3)的作用。在添加无细胞滤液、细菌胞外聚合物(EPS)及菌株与否、菌株失活与否、EPS脱离菌活体细胞与否等组合条件下,研究高岭土中Fe3+(Fe2O3)还原的变化规律,并揭示了这些规律形成的原因,结果表明EPS对高岭土中Fe3+(Fe2O3)的还原具有重要作用,但其对Fe3+还原作用离不开分泌它的活体细胞。

【Abstract】 The concentration of Fe2+ in kaolin cultur solution was measured to explore the role of the extracellular polymeric substance of iron-reducing bacteria in Fe3+(Fe2O3) reduction in kaolin. Under combining conditions with addition of EPS, cell-free filtrate and the strain or not, deactivation of the strain or not, EPS separating from living cells or not, the law of potential variation of Fe3+(Fe2O3) reduction in kaolin was investigated, then the reasons for reforming this law were revealed. The results showed that EPS had an important role in the Fe3+(Fe2O3) reduction to the kaolin, but it could not do with out its secreted living cells.
