【摘要】 现代农业示范区建设与发展,是探索与实施传统农业转型升级的重要途径;作为农业技术组装集成、科技成果转化及现代农业生产的示范载体,示范区既是农业新技术开发、转化、推广的重要基地,也是新型产业培育和农村科技服务的主要平台。本文阐述了现代农业示范区建设的意义与引领作用,分析了现代农业示范区的建设重点与机制创新,并结合福建省建瓯市的实际,提出了建瓯市现代农业示范区发展与提升策略:一是建设山区绿色农业的开发区;二是建设高效优质农业的展示区;三是建设丘陵生态果茶业示范区;四是建设特色笋竹产业的先行区;五是建设现代循环农业的引领区;六是建设多样功能的乡村休闲区。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important way to explore and implement the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture by constructing and developing modern agriculture demonstration area.As the demonstration carrier of agricultural technology integration,scientific and technological achievements conversion and modern agriculture production,the modern agriculture demonstration area is not only an important base for development,transformation and promotion of new agricultural technology,but also the main platform for cultivation of new industries and rural technological services.In this paper,for the modern agriculture demonstration area,we elaborated its significance and leading role,,emphasized the key points for the construction and mechanism innovation,and proposed strategies for the development and promotion of Jian’ou modern agriculture demonstration area based on the local conditions,which included(1)establishing the development region of green agriculture in mountain;(2)setting up the exhibition zones of efficient and high-quality agriculture;(3)building the demonstration zones of the ecological fruit-tea planting in hills;(4)constructing the pioneering district of bambooshoot industry;(5)founding the leading area of modern circular agricultur2;(6)building the rural leisure area with various functions.更多还原
