不同品类乌龙茶中的稀土元素

【摘要】 对8个乌龙茶品类(永春佛手、白芽奇兰、铁观音、漳平水仙、武夷水仙、闽北水仙、武夷肉桂和武夷名丛)共82个茶叶样品中的稀土元素含量进行测定.结果表明,供试茶叶中的稀土元素氧化物总量(∑REOs)为0.62-10.11 mg·kg-1,各品类∑REOs几何平均值大小为:铁观音>闽北水仙>永春佛手>武夷水仙>武夷名丛>武夷肉桂>白芽奇兰>漳平水仙.供试茶叶轻稀土元素氧化物的含量(∑LREOs)明显高于重稀土元素氧化物的含量(∑HREOs);镧(La)、铈(Ce)、钕(Nd)和钇(Y)等4种元素的含量(Ce含量最高)高于其他稀土元素,此4种元素含量之和达到∑REOs的80%以上.茶叶的∑LREOs和∑HREOs分别与∑REOs呈极显著相关,铁观音、白芽奇兰和闽北水仙等3个品类茶叶的∑LREOs与∑HREOs呈极显著相关,漳平水仙与永春佛手呈显著相关,其他品类无显著相关性.

【Abstract】 The concentrations of rare earth elements( La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Td,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y) in different types of Oolong tea( REOs) were investigated. The results showed that the total REOs( ΣREOs) of the samples ranged from0. 62 mg·kg- 1to 10. 11 mg·kg- 1. The geometric mean of the varieties decreased in order of Tieguanyin > Minbei Shuixian >Yongchun Foshou > Wuyi Shuixian > Wuyi Mingcong > Wuyi Rougui > Baiyaqilan > Zhangping Shuixian. The total light rare earth oxides( ΣLREOs) was significantly higher than heavy rare earth oxides( ΣHREOs). La,Ce,Nd,and Y were the major rare earth elements in the samples and the sum of the four elements occupied up to 80% of the total rare earth with Ce being the predominant one among the rare earth elements. Both ΣLREOs and ΣHREOs were significantly correlated with ΣREOs,respectively. However,no significant correlation between ΣLREOs and ΣHREOs was found.
