基于模态分析的木橡塑三元复合材料的振动特性
Vibration properties of wood / rubber / HDPE composites based on modal analysis technology
【摘要】 采用FFT分析仪对木橡塑三元复合材料(WRPC)进行"单悬臂梁"振动模态试验.运用时域法和包络线拟合2种方法获取材料的对数衰减率和阻尼比,研究橡胶及其含量对复合材料振动特性的影响.结果发现:橡胶具有很好的阻尼缓冲作用,材料的阻尼特性随橡胶含量的提高呈先提高后下降的趋势.橡胶添加量为10%时,材料的阻尼性能最佳.
【Abstract】 ‘Single-beam’vibration modal tests were conducted using FFT analyzer to explore the effect of rubber and its content on the vibration characteristics of wood / rubber / HDPE composites( WRPC). Time-domain method and envelope fitting method were used to obtain the logarithmic decrement ratio and damping ratio of composites. The results indicated that rubber had good damped cushion effect. The damping characteristics of the materials firstly increased then decreased with the increasing amount of rubber;optimal damping performance of materials was obtained when rubber adding amount was 10%.
